Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

Usage Data: We log page views, feature interactions, and API calls to improve the platform and detect abuse. This includes IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and session timestamps.

Content You Provide: Messages sent to the AI Trading Advisor, uploaded chart screenshots, and wallet addresses you choose to track. Advisor messages are stored to enforce usage limits and improve response quality.

On-Chain Data: Public blockchain data retrieved for tracked wallets and assets. This data is publicly available on-chain and is not considered personal information.

To provide and maintain the BlackWall platform — signal generation, intel reports, wallet watching, education modules, and the AI Trading Advisor.

To enforce plan-based usage limits and prevent abuse of the platform's AI and data resources.

To communicate with you about service updates, billing, and security notices. Marketing emails are opt-in only.

To generate aggregated, anonymized performance statistics (e.g., win rates, Brier scores) displayed on public pages.

We do not sell your personal information. Period.

We share data with service providers strictly for platform operation: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and NVIDIA NIM (AI model inference — only market snapshot data, never personal information).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BlackWall, our users, or others.

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Signal and market data is retained indefinitely for performance tracking and model improvement.

Advisor message history is retained for 90 days. Aggregated usage statistics may be retained longer.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Deletion is irreversible and will remove access to premium features.

All traffic is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Authentication is handled through Supabase with secure session management.

API keys and secrets are stored as environment variables and never exposed to clients. Database access is restricted to the service role and is never accessible from client-side code.

We perform regular dependency audits and follow security best practices for serverless infrastructure on Vercel.

Stripe: Payment processing, subscription management, and invoicing. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage. Data is hosted on AWS infrastructure.

NVIDIA NIM: AI model inference. Market snapshots (asset prices, volatility, order book depth) are sent for inference. No personal information is included.

Vercel: Application hosting and edge functions.

Access: You can view and export your account data through the dashboard settings page.

Correction: Update your account information at any time through /settings.

Deletion: Request account deletion by contacting support. We will process deletions within 30 days.

Objection: You may opt out of non-essential data collection by discontinuing use of the platform and requesting account deletion.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
